Cultivated the rare-for-domestic-market Bacon variety without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Grown using radiation-tested organic plant-based fertilizers, these avocados are safe for both the body and the environment. Patiently waiting for the fruit to mature, we harvested them to align with the full moon cycle during November each year. These are high-oil, creamy avocados of the highest quality.
